Production Experience Established in 2002, Panlap International has over 10 years' experience in producing various sizes and types of mold for telecommunication such as telephones, calculators, remotes and electronic accessories.
We have two factories covering 42,000 square meters that can offer over 20,000 units. By combining our professional design group, CAD, CAM and PRO-E facilities with high technology CNC machine tools including wire erosion, we are able to offer a complete service of 3-D design and manufacture new tools including high levels of technical project management. We have different production lines for each process such as spray, silk-screen and UV printing in order to match market demands.
Excellent Quality and R&D
Our raw materials are mainly from Japan and the US and we are able to produce ABS, HIPS, PMMA, PC, POM, PBT, PP, PA66, PPO, PVC, TPE and PET products. We also comply with ISO 9001:2000 Management System and our products comply with LFGB, CE, RoHS and FDA standards. These are all possible because of our 12 QC staff with over three years' experience that is allocated to four staff per production line. We not only retest raw materials but we also offer full QC before shipment.
We invest five percent of our sales revenue in our R&D team who can offer more than 40 kinds of products and produce 10-20 new products monthly. We have six R&D staff with over three years' experience and can speak English with buyers directly. We can design and offer a sample within three months based on the buyers' request.
